CALENDER ITEM: MU Truman School of Public Affairs to Award CASA Executive Director at Governor Mel Carnahan Public Service Award Reception

WHAT: The University of Missouri Harry S Truman School of Public Affairs will honor Beth Taylor Dessem, executive director of the Missouri Court Appointed Special Advocates Association (CASA), at the Governor Mel Carnahan Public Service Award Reception. Dessem will be presented with the fourth Governor Mel Carnahan Public Service Award for her contribution to public service through CASA, an organization advocating for the best interests of abused and neglected children.
