MEDIA ADVISORY: “What is the Zodiac, Really?” kicks off MU’s Saturday Morning Science Program

WHAT: This first Saturday Morning Science this fall features University of Missouri astronomer Angela Speck, who will give a talk titled, “What is the Zodiac, Really?”

Speck will discuss the origin of the zodiac, some common misconceptions about it and the recent controversy of changing astrological signs.

Saturday Morning Science is a weekly series of talks on various scientific topics. No science background is required to attend – just an interest in science and the topic.
