MEDIA ADVISORY: MU Professor to Discuss the “Nuts and Bolts” of Nuclear Power at MU Saturday Morning Science Lecture

WHAT: The recent tragic events in Japan have sparked new debate about the safety of nuclear power. At this week’s Saturday Morning Science, William Miller, MU professor of nuclear engineering, will explore the nuts and bolts of nuclear power, how nuclear power plants work and will address some of the issues surrounding this complex power source.
